Reservations Guaranty
All reservations must be guaranteed by a credit card at the time of booking. Failure to provide a credit card will result in automatic cancellation of the reservation. Deposit payments by personal cheque are not accepted. Travel agent guarantees are not accepted. As an alternative to a credit card guarantee, a one-night or 50% deposit prepayment (for whole stay) may be made by bank transfer. The transfer must be received by the Hotel within 5 days of the reservation, or 60 days prior to arrival. Any cancellations must be received 30 days prior to 12:00 noon local time on the day of arrival, or a penalty will be charged as follows:
Cancellation & No-Show Policy
For cancellation or reduction in no of guests, calculated from noon on the accommodation date:
- For between 30 and 21 days: 25% of the rates applicable per bed-night will be payable
- For between 20 and 11 days: 50% of the rates applicable per bed-night will be payable
- For between 10 and 5 days: 75% of the rates applicable per bed-night will be payable
- Within 4 days from date of arrival: 100% of the rates applicable per bed-night will be payable
Confirmation Information
If you wish to make a reservation, please provide an e-mail or fax number in order for the Hotel to send a copy of the official confirmation. It will indicate the exact amount of the payment that the Hotel requires. You must sent a copy of the bank transmission to the reservations department at reservations@grand-med.com or fax it to +30 26610 94248 stating your name and arrival date, so that the Hotel will be able to trace the payment.
We reserve the right to change the best available rates at any time.
Any material changes requested within the cancellation period are subject to approval
by the Hotel.
We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations where it appears that a customer has engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity, or under other circumstances where it appears that the reservation contains errors or resulted from mistake(s) or error(s).
